Soul-Level Healing with Intuitive Energy Medicine, Aromatherapy & Hypnotherapy
Many traditional healing practices believe that dis-ease begins with an energetic imbalance. Physical, emotional, and spiritual symptoms may manifest from outmoded energetic patterns that no longer serve us, inherent limiting beliefs, emotional blocks or stuck energy, or even displacement or lack of our own energy.
Utilizing my 20+ years of experience in alternative medicine, I facilitate a personalized healing session to help you uncover and release underlying energetic and subconscious causes for discomfort or patterns of suffering. We will explore areas of your life and health where you experience resistance, as well as your desires and what you want to achieve. What does living your best life look and feel like? Through a relaxing guided experience, I assist you in a journey of self-discovery, finding new inner resources and making changes that reverberate both inward and outward, enabling transformation on multiple levels. When this happens, you may feel more grounded, confident, and empowered, with a greater sense of connection and well-being.
What does a session look like?
Sessions can be held in-person at my office in Sebastopol, CA, over the phone, or by Zoom, and are typically 1.5 hours in length. First, we discuss the issues you’d like to address as well as your desires and goals. Then, I suggest different ways we can approach these areas. Some people choose a combination session that includes an energy reading, a guided hypnotic journey, and a bit of aromatherapy, although you are free to choose what feels right for you. You may stay seated or lie down for the session. Your comfort is my priority.
Energy Reading and Intuitive Medicine
What does your Higher Self want to reveal to you? Using meditation and visualization techniques along with universal healing energies, I use my ability for clear-seeing and feeling to let you know what I see and sense in your energy field – and then show you how you can make changes. This is heart-centered spiritual and somatic work as opposed to mind-centered work. The more we listen to our own spirit, the better our lives go.

Aromatherapy
Essential Oils can be utilized to support us on an emotional, physical, or subtle/energetic level. Most often, they do all three. Certain aromas can help release deep-seated emotions or blockages, offer clarity, and inspire transformation, allowing the spirit to inhabit the body more fully. Often a specific essential oil or a blend of 2-3 oils will emerge as part of your energy medicine or hypnotherapy session.
A roll-on bottle of your blend can be purchased for an additional fee.
Custom Holistic Essential Oil Blend
This session consists of an intake form and an interview that looks at your health in a holistic way, and results in a written custom blend of essential oils and application instructions to help support health and wellness.
I will make the blend for you in your form(s) of choice for an additional fee.
Custom Therapeutic Perfume
Through an intake form, a holistic health interview, and a conversation about what aromas you are drawn to, I craft a customized natural perfume for you that helps support health and wellness, commemorates a special time in your life, and/or appeals to your senses.
This is a 3 hour session (via phone and/or in-person) that includes your personal perfume recipe and one solid perfume. $375
Hypnotherapy
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. During these sessions, I help you to become so relaxed that you’re able to “wake up” to your subconscious, inner world. And believe it or not, many of your answers are waiting there for you to discover. Alchemical Hypnotherapy is based on the practices of the ancient alchemists who converted the “lead” of the unconscious into the “gold” of wisdom and fulfillment. Deep transformation and self-empowerment are the rewards.
